Provided coaching and consultancy to the Managing Director to provide more strategic thinking and guidance to maximise the chances of winning high value, complex sales. Oversaw marketing and sales lead-generation activities delivered via a 3rd party marketing agency. This included a complete overhaul of the website and sales collateral. It also included market research, the authoring of several white papers and delivering numerous educational webinars to prospective customers. Created a sales playbook for use by new and existing sales personnel to ensure consistency of approach and maximise sales success.
