Achievements:
Provided coaching and consultancy to the Managing Director to provide more strategic thinking and guidance to maximise the chances of winning high value, complex sales. Oversaw marketing and sales lead-generation activities delivered via a 3rd party marketing agency. This included a complete overhaul of the website and sales collateral.
